Gaurav Kachru, CEO & Co-Founder DealsandYou was another stellar presenter under the Marketing Masters series at ad:tech New Delhi 2012. Gaurav took us through how digital and social media have become an integral aspect to any brand's marketing mix. He also emphasized on how consumer preferences across the spectrum are changing the landscape for brands to engage via digital. There's a clear shift in the way people have forayed online in terms of purchasing/consuming offline items which has made it imperative for brands and the marketing fraternity to think digital. The origin of e-commerce & the uprise of social commerce has recently seen a boom in the number of online shopping portals making it an easier experience for consumers globally.
