Audio and video content firm Nirvana has launched YouTube Content Creators Network which will help create original content and ensure smooth distribution of video content from the Indian market across all YouTube channels.
A creator and distributor of audio and video content for the Internet and mobile platforms, Nirvana Digital aims to capitalise on the exploding power of YouTube, which at current estimations is at 800 million monthly unique user visits across the globe, and a staggering 30 million in India itself.
YouTube Content Creators Network will create original content as well as distribute the produced video content from the Indian market across YouTube channels. The network will enable them to upload content for immediate distribution, monetization and direction of traffic.
Commenting on the launch, Pinakin Thakkar, Founder, Nirvana Digital said in a company statement, “The digital platform is large enough globally for video creators to still have their fame and recognition, and we are here to help creators and content owners push content to a global audience while earning immediate revenue from their videos.”
Nirvana Digital will also help independent video producers capitalise on the YouTube revolution to create content which receives direct feedback from audiences across the world. The model brings together different individuals, gives them support and infrastructure to collaborate and build audiences around their content across various distribution channels
Last year, Nirvana launched Box office, a YouTube channel which enabled users to video stream Bollywood films and music video collection for free viewing on You Tube. Additionally, Nirvana Digital had recently made majority of its movie collection available via the web-portal & is about to breach 350 Million monthly viewership.
Nirvana is not the first Indian player to make its collection available on YouTube. Shemaroo launched its dedicated movie channel in May 2011.
