The 3rd & the final keynote at iMedia Brand Summit Goa was Erik Johnson of Facebook (Vice President, APAC). Themed as ‘Business in a Connected World’, Erik emphasized on the social network’s ability to connect people in today’s world & cope with ever changing dynamics of an online user. Being a marketing summit, Erik spoke about how traditional methods of promoting brands isn’t going to work & accentuated on the fact that basic fundamentals of business are evolving as newer opportunities or platforms are being created.
