Reliance Broadcast Network Limited announces key appointments for its out of home vertical BIG STREET with the coming on board of Vivek Bagai as National Sales Head and Naveen Saxena as Regional Business Head West. Vivek and Naveen will both report to Ashwin Padmanabhan, Business Head, BIG Street.
As part of his new portfolio, Vivek will be responsible for sales and revenue generation for the company’s out of home business, BIG Street. Vivek is a Mechanical Engineer and a post graduate from IIM – Calcutta, by qualification and has 17 years of experience in the areas of Business Operations, Sales & Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and Distribution Management. Vivek joins RBNL from Bharti Airtel, where he was General Manager Sales for the Lucknow and Gorakhpur zones. During his stint, he successfully led Lucknow to become a market leader for the Company, even in times of intense competition due to the introduction of new telecom players in the market. Vivek has also had a successful stint in Reliance Infocomm as Cluster Head in West UP and ExxonMobil Lubricants as Regional Manager (East). Dynamic and affable, Vivek is a result oriented professional who also brings with him an ability to support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills.
Naveen Saxena, with 13 years of experience in Marketing and Sales in leadership positions, joins RBNL from Peacock Media Ltd., a leading Out of Home, and multi-platform lifestyle media agency. Naveen, a management post graduate, is known for his success in developing marketing and sales campaigns, activations, strategies and solutions. Well versed in marketing and sales lifecycles, a skilled negotiator, and a strategist, Naveen will be based in Mumbai to lead the Business Operations for the West Region of BIG Street.
Speaking about the key announcements, Ashwin Padmanabhan, Business Head, BIG Street said, “Vivek comes with a rich experience in sales working with organizations with expanding inventories across geographies, enabling him to drive teams in a synergized fashion to achieve desired results.
