Social Media had undoubtedly been one of the most integral topics discussed at the recently concluded ad:tech New Delhi 2012. A dedicated track on day 2 – Social Media Metrics & Measurement highlighted some really interesting statistics & data on where India stands in terms of social media usage by the internet population. Facundo Maldonado (Global Head of Social Media, Ybrant Digital) & Farshad Family (Managing Director - Nielsen Media, India, The Nielsen Company)  were the two speakers under this track who deep dived into behavioral patterns by people who surf online & brands actions to increase more traction for their products.
